Our office answers the phone Monday to Friday between 9 AM and 4 PM, which is when walkthroughs, quotes and schedule changes are handled. The cleaning itself is scheduled around your building, so an evening, overnight or weekend routine is normal rather than an exception.

For sites that can only be accessed in a narrow window, say so during the walkthrough. A building that can only be cleaned between 6 and 8 PM needs a different crew plan than one with open evening access, and that belongs in the scope rather than in a phone call three weeks later.

Emerald Cleaners serves commercial and institutional facilities only: offices, medical and dental offices, schools and daycares, hotels, dealerships, retail, condominium common areas, warehouses and fitness facilities, plus specialty floor, carpet and post-construction work.

Work we do not take on includes exterior window cleaning above ground level, snow and grounds maintenance, kitchen hood and duct cleaning, clinical instrument reprocessing and regulated medical waste, and pest control. Where those overlap with a cleaning scope we will say so plainly and point you to the right trade.
