Terms of service

Who we are

Emerald Cleaners is a commercial cleaning company operated by 2536124 Ontario Inc. Our office is at 108 Cannifton Rd N, Belleville, ON K8N 4Z6. You can reach us at 613-922-8074, Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 4 PM.

Emerald Cleaners and Emerald Pest Control are separate businesses. These terms apply only to Emerald Cleaners and this website. They do not govern pest control services.

Using this website

You may use this website to learn about our commercial cleaning services, request a quote, and contact us. Please use the site lawfully, provide information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge, and do not attempt to disrupt the site or access areas that are not public.

The private office portal and crew tools are for Emerald Cleaners staff and authorized office users. Visiting the public website does not create an account or permission to use those tools.

Quotes and the quote form

A quote request or estimate is not a contract. Prices and schedules discussed on a call, in an email, or through the quote form are estimates only. They are not binding until Emerald Cleaners and the client sign or otherwise accept a written service agreement.

An estimate can change if the site, access, scope, or timing differs from what was described.

Service agreements

Actual cleaning work is governed by the written service agreement for that client and site, including the agreed scope, schedule, and price. If these website terms and a signed service agreement differ about the work itself, the service agreement governs the work.

This website does not set fees, insurance limits, or a promise of a particular cleaning result.

Client portal, office tools and Google data

Emerald Cleaners uses a private office portal for its own operations. When the business connects a Google account, the portal reads that business's own Google Analytics, Search Console, and Business Profile information on a read-only basis for internal reporting. That connection is not used to change those Google products, and it does not read a customer's personal Google account.

How we handle personal information is described in our privacy policy.

Accuracy of information

We try to keep the website current, but service descriptions, service areas, and other content are general information. They are not professional, legal, or safety advice, and they may change. Confirm details with us before you rely on them for a decision.

Intellectual property

The text, photographs, names, and design of this website belong to Emerald Cleaners or the people who licensed them to us, unless a credit says otherwise. You may not copy the site for your own commercial use without our written permission. You may share an ordinary link to a page.

Third-party links

The site may link to other websites or services, including Google. Those sites have their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for their content or availability.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Emerald Cleaners is not liable for indirect or consequential loss that comes only from using this website or from relying on general website content. Nothing on this page limits rights that cannot legally be limited, including rights under applicable consumer or privacy law.

Liability for cleaning work, if any, is dealt with in the written service agreement, not in these website terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the applicable laws of Canada. Disputes about these website terms are to be brought in the courts of Ontario.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the website or our practices change. The current version is the one posted on this page, with the date it was last updated.
