• Safe, timely access to the agreed service areas must be available
• Hazards, restricted areas, delicate surfaces and special instructions should be disclosed before work
• Only work included in the accepted written scope is part of the service
• Payment and cancellation terms are those stated in the applicable service agreement or accepted quote

Results and limitations

Cleaning outcomes depend on factors such as surface age, material, wear, staining, prior treatment and access. The website does not promise a particular stain-removal, disinfection, inspection, compliance or health outcome.

If something in the agreed cleaning scope is missed, our service commitment is to return within 24 hours after notice to address it, subject to reasonable access and the original scope.

Acceptable use and intellectual property

You may use this site to learn about our services and contact us. You may not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, submit unlawful material or copy substantial website content for commercial reuse without permission.

Website text, branding and original design elements belong to Emerald Cleaners or their respective licensors unless otherwise stated.
